Ethan Whitman is a great tech! He was very thorough, explained what he'd be doing, went the extra mile to treat the outside as well, and made me feel less gross despite the fact I have (disgusting) bugs in my house.

Was seeing roaches in the house so I called Bulwark Pests. The individual who came to my home (Glenn Harris) was so knowledgeable and efficient. He used multiple methods inside and out to reduce roaches and the overall insect population. He gave instructions for what to do if I continued to see bugs as well. He was really great and I highly recommend.

We are extremely pleased with Bulwork, they always do a thorough job. They are prompt, and they ask questions if anything is needed. They provide a complete service.

Our service person arrived on time. He asked about which pests we have and I showed him a photo of the spider I found in the shower stall. He said it was a wolf spider and knew exactly where to spray: in the garage where he said they enter the house and in the bathroom. He also left a sticky paper to attract the spiders as they enter the garage. We are very hopeful that this will stop spiders from entering. Thank you very much.

The tech that serviced my house was Jackson. He explained what he was using to treat our issue and serviced every area of concern. He is a very comfortable person to work with and his knowledge of his profession was outstanding. I would like to keep Jackson on my future service calls.

Gene came when expected and called ahead to let us know he was on his way. As he was new to our house, we discussed what typically gets done at our property, which he did efficiently and effectively, including a quick application in our kitchen area, as requested, which was greatly appreciated. He was courteous at times, practicing excellent customer service, completing all application tasks in a timely manner as well as very professionally.
