Bulwark Exterminating has been our pest control provider for many years. Their service has always been excellent. Today, our regularly scheduled service was performed by technician Michael White. He has been here before and provided great service, but today he was outstanding. I had sighted several roaches having a meeting early this morning in the house. I asked Michael if he could take a look at and treat that area. He did so and explained the treatment he applied. Then he went on to treat the outside areas of the house. He followed up with his findings after completing the treatments. Michael did an outstanding job. He is courteous, thorough and went beyond to make sure we received excellent service. He even noted that I am currently using a cane and made sure that i did not need to stand up and walk as he provided me updates on his treatments and observations He truly cares about his customers. Timothy did the usual service plus checked for wasp nests. I had found one and he found another nearby, very helpful as it was near the entrance.
