    We had a new 2.5 ton Carrier air conditioning unit with attic air handler installed. The service was wonderful. Brad and his crew worked quietly and efficiently. Brad kept us updated on the progress and even taught us how to use our new Nest thermostat. We highly recommend them.

    The salesmans promise for the service has not been substantiated and Blue dot avoids replying to my phone calls. So far, he has told me a lie after a lie. I eventually was able to contact the Quality manager. I hope she can resolve the issue.

    Good so far scheduled for install in the morning guys showed up but did not deliver what I was told I would get. MAKE SURE YOU WATCH THEM THEY CUT CORNERS then will not cone fixes it. This company is a joke.
