    Several misdiagnoses led to multiple trips out to restore heat, but the primary install and product seem good. My main issue is a misdiagnosis saying I needed new surge protectors I did not need. I STILL do not have that refund after they figured out the real issue, hence the tepid review. That bothers me more than the unnecessary frigid nights each time the power went out until they solved the real issue.

    Wonderful job diagnosing a flame sensor issue (after hours on a very cold night) and NOT charging me when all that was needed was to clean the sensor rather than replace it. Bravo blue dot!
