    The complete system was installed less than 10 days ago and they have had to replace parts of the air handler. It has stopped working two times. When it was installed the air handler switch was not secure and touched the water in the drip pan. I want a new outside unit. Would never recommend this company.

    They were prompt and friendly as well as very professional. Blue dot offered their best price off the bat where others that I interviewed offered higher pricing for the exact same equipment and service then offered to match or beat any other offer. I prefer honesty from the go and hired Blue Dot.

    I had a positive experience working with Blue Dot from the moment the comfort advisor arrived and introduced himself. He did a thorough analysis of the existing unit and the issue at hand, then provided me a set of recommendations for my consideration. I am pleased that I selected Blue Dot for the purchase and installation of my new HVAC system. The workers arrived the next day on time and began working right away after an initial assessment of the space. Drop cloths were placed on all my carpet so no damage or dirt was left behind. A true professional crew and top quality service. Thanks BLUE DOT!!!
