    They were super fast in response to my request and replaced my HVAC system within 2 days of the initial visit. Totally recommend them. Clean and tidy workers. We did negotiate the price which allowed me to pay a fair price for the great system.

    We decided to replace our 16 year old AC and furnace as we wanted to prevent possible problems with our HVAC system. The heating consultant that they sent, Alex H, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He provided us with estimates for a number of options - similar to those from other HVAC companies that quoted for this work. A day later I received a call from Blue Dot offering a discount on that quote and we accepted that quote. Alex made the one and a half hour drive to visit with us again, to walk us through the contract details, and to explain install process. This was a really nice touch as usually contracts are signed electronically these days. The Blue Dot install team came on time on the scheduled day and did a neat and professional job with the install - performing all the necessary checks and tests, and left the work area clean and tidy - and with the HVAC systems working well. The whole purchase and install process couldn't have gone smoother. We are very happy with BlueDot and will certainly use them again preferentially for our HVAC needs.

    The quotes and installers were all 5 star. The staff I dealt with leading up to the install were 5 star. About 10 days after my install, one of the new carrier units stopped working because of a defective piece from the factory. I cannot blame that on Blue Star. The technician came out that same day,(Fri), and managed to get the system running again. He said I will receive a call Monday. I did not receive a call Monday, but I received an email Tuesday which said I had an appt earlier that day. I called Blue Dot and the girl I spoke to said she was training, so I asked for a manager. Allison came on, and interrupted me every time I tried to talk. I asked why my part was just ordered today(Tues), she said because we do not order parts Fri, Sat or Sun. I said what about Monday? She said we order the parts when we order the parts. I asked her why I received the email today, basically saying I missed an appt. She said corporate sends those emails, just ignore them. I asked for a corporate email address, because I wanted to voice my displeasure with receiving an email like that. Allison said they have complained to corporate and corporate does not care and hung up on me. Blue Dot would have received a 5 star review if Allison was not so rude and condescending to me, and about how she talked about Blue Dots corporate office.

    I am extremely dissatisfied with the Blue Dot air conditioning unit that I had installed in my home. Ever since its installation, I have been plagued with constant repairs and breakdowns, requiring me to spend significant time and money on fixing the unit year after year. First and foremost, the durability of this air conditioning unit is highly questionable. It seems to be built with subpar materials and lacks the necessary robustness to withstand regular usage. Despite diligently following all recommended maintenance procedures, the unit fails to function optimally and frequently encounters various technical issues. Every summer, without fail, I find myself having to contact customer service and schedule repair appointments. These recurring problems have become a tiresome and frustrating cycle. The amount of inconvenience caused by the unit unreliability is beyond what I expected from a supposedly reputable brand like Blue Dot.

    Blue Dot was very professional and their sales consultant Mario was awesome. We needed a new heating unit, he did a thorough analysis of our current unit, the space it was in, the size of our duct work, and provided us with a quote for a new air pump system (which we currently had) and also a quote to convert to gas. We ended up converting to gas and I?m so glad we did! Electric is so damn high now, converting to gas is saving us hundreds of dollars. The job only took two days, the guys were professional and cleaned up at the end of each day. I would definitely recommend Blue Dot
