The carpet is 14+ years old and Benchmark has kept it looking great all those years. Today, Jared did the Healthy Home clean on our most used spaces and WOW! Looks gorgeous. Great job, Jared and Benchmark.

The technician who came to my home left water on my floors that butted up to the carpet, he opened no closet doors to clean just inside them, only sprayed spot cleaner onto the carpet but never went back & rubbed it in & there were wet areas on the carpet 8-10 hours later.

Excellent customer service with schedulers. Jeremiah called when he was on his way to our home. He is very informative about different carpets. Did an excellent job cleaning our high traffic areas. Reasonable pricing as well.
