Would definitely recommend BenchMark for in-home upholstery cleaning! They were very thorough and our recliner looks like it is new again. I had originally requested a cleaning for a runner rug along with the recliner but their tech told me that I should just purchase a new rug since it was about the same cost as the cleaning. I appreciated the honesty and it demonstrated that at Benchmark the customer needs come first. Will contact them when I need to clean my couches!
