    Another last- minute call due to another company canceling same day. Benchmark was thorough, offered extra service based on stains he noticed on the carpet & provided this at minimal addl chg. Really appreciated tips offered in case stains reappeared, and left extra spot removal solution!

    Way over priced. However, they sent me a coupon after my scheduled appointment. The cleaner was lax in getting the edges of the carpet and wouldn't even pick up cords to clean under them.

    The first representative did not have the proper equipment - contacted office and they sent a different person to complete the requested cleaning.

    Benchmark called and came back out when I was dissatisfied with the first cleaning. They sent a different tech who left the carpets very dry and cleaner than the first tech. I appreciate them standing behind their work.

    The carpets were left very wet; poor extraction. Several normal spots not removed. Wanted to charge extra for pre-scrubbing spots. The service was not cheap to begin with. I have never heard of not pre-brushing as a normal part of cleaning. The worst part was the "carpet perfume" sprayed on afterward. Why they felt the need to apply"bubble gum" scent afterward is a mystery. It smells like deodorizer used in a public bathroom. The young man was very polite and professional. Their carpet cleaning sub-par.

      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
