The crew arrived on site before the time I was told. The crew came ready to work. They checked the job at hand and prepared to get the job done. All equipment was current and up to date. Workers had safety clothing and equipment to properly get the job dome. Machinery was more than adequate to handle this job. During the removal the crew did not put themselves in harm's way or do any wrong actions to harm one another or themself. They put extra effort and care not to cause damage to anything. After the completion of this job, the clean up they did looked like a 50 foot tree never fell and crushed 30 some feet of privacy vinyl fence. There's no way I will contact anyone else for my tree removal needs. I have pictures of before, during, and after. If you want to see them I would be more than happy to show you the effort and care you will receive. This family owned business is the only business you should have to do your tree removal needs. Almost perfect service... great price, quick and timely arrival and work. Very efficient and they beat every one of the other 3 or 4 bids out there... perhaps that explains why they're so busy and the appointment had to be 21 days out. Aside from having and administrative person confirm the appointment earlier on in the week, I would say this was completely satisfactory. I was nervous and called in to make sure they were confirmed on Nov 20 to come and cut down several large trees as qell as trim some more and clear out lots of shrubbery... to prep for siding and windows installation.

They came, did the work, and cleaned up afterward in a fine professional manner. No problem.
