Initial contact and estimate were good. Day of service they did not show up at the scheduled time, no phone call. When contacted they indicated they would be 3 hours late. Not a good way to conduct business. We will use another company.

They did a great job taking down an old Osage orange tree. It was about 80 tall with a 4 Diam base in between a garage, a shed, and 3 fences and nearly impossible to get to. I was amazed by their skill and ability to think outside the box to figure how to get to the tree and take it down. There was minor damage to lawn by some big pieces that had to drop there. It took them 10 hours, but they busted their humps and got it out. Amazing job.
