I needed some big dead trees taken down professionally on a very tight budget, as they were within falling distance of my house. Bella accommodated my budget and got these trees down safely with their expert crew. 100% satisfied!!! I would hire again.

I got 7 bids to remove 2 trees in January and Bella was the least expensive. I was worried that would mean 2 guys and a chain saw would show up, but 3 professionals came out with lots of equipment and took down and removed all debris in 1 hour. They even cut up some of the tree branches for firewood for me. I do agree with the 2 complaints that I read on the Internet. 1. The workers do not have any paperwork or an Invoice with them on day of service and 2. they do not put down plywood on your lawn to protest it. Bella workers did not show up with an Invoice for me to sign or anyway to use my credit card as I was told. So, I gave them a check to have some record of the transaction. Also, I did my tree removal in between snow storms so there was lots of snow for them to drive their small front loader on to pick up the branches without damaging my lawn. When they come back in the late spring or early summer to remove the stumps, I'm going to insist on plywood to protect my grass. If you hire them make sure you do the same.

Went well. Got 4 quotes and Bella had the lowest price. Had to have them come out to grind the other stump as the team couldn’t find it. If they had gotten the other stump on day 1 it would have been a perfect experience. Either way I am happy with the service and would use them again.

Very accomodating and professional with their service and pricing. However their lack of providing documentation rate them less than perfect. Ours was a small, safe job, so I was not too concerned, and assumed they had been screened by HomeAdvisor
