Very good service. Was not able to be present when they did their work, so I was a tad nervous about the outcome. Really nice job AND they cleaned up well, too. Would never know they were here except for the trees looking great.

The tree we had removed was probably over 30 feet tall. Bella brought in a cherry picker along with other equipment and did a great job taking the tree down bit by bit. Nothing fell on the house or in the neighbor's yard and they did a great job of cleaning up all the debris.

I could not have asked for for a better overall job. I typically am someone who may be considered tough to please, I only want what I purchased. Bell Delivered, I had the crew of all crews, very professional, very talented, as well as very safe. I ran construction crews for 38 years, I have a good eye for Smart Working Guys. Thanks Bella.

Good job. Did not follow up to clean stump debris. But overall good service.

Bottom line, they ended up doing a good job, and I would recommend them, but there were a few issues. They were late for the estimate and also when they showed up to do the job. They, understandably, had to reschedule our first appointment due to weather concerns, but they told me we were rescheduled for the following day, but when they hadn't shown up 45 minutes past the scheduled time, I called and was told they forgot to put it in they system. They were very apologetic but didn't end up being able to come in until a 2 days later.

Did not complete the job satisfactorily and had to be called back.
