"Garcia Concrete Solutions LLC I was referred to Garcia concrete solutions by a neighbor. She had seen their work in a residential backyard. I was replacing cement on the side and rear of my home. Approximately (130 ft.)(24-30 ins) and (24 ins.)(30 ft.) across the back of my home. I asked that the quote include a 7x``15 front walkway as a separate item. I got 5 quotations ranging from 5500. to 10K. Mr. Garciaâ s quotation stood out for the following reasons: a. His quotation was direct. X cu. Yds of x psi cement installed per diagram. X inches of compacted gravel, x inches of cement deep. b. There was a landscaping element in my work. There were old patio pavers that needed to be lifted and the dirt levelled. All other contractors wanted to charge extra, we were able to negotiate a solution that included lifting the pavers and smoothing the dirt. c. He was direct. Even when the answer was â I canâ t do that, he was upfront and was quick to propose solutions that worked in our best interests. d. We were able to negotiate a package that included the walkway at no additional charge. I would recommend Garcia Concrete Solutions for the following reasons: a. He managed my expectations. He made sure I understood the process, what would happen and when it would happen b. The tradesmen arrived on time and were focused on the work. Mr. Garcia was here at the start and made sure the job got off to the appropriate start and that he could answer any questions of mine that came up. c. My initial deposit was paid only after everyone showed up and was working. All of this was reflected in the contract that was updated with initials upon completion"

"Roger was very thorough and completely professional from the initial inspection, determining the issues whereby we had basement foundation leaks at previously repaired cracks (not by Matson, but previous homeowner), a window well leak issue, as well as caulking of basement glass block windows. The pricing for the work was more than fair and reasonable. Roger has a background in concrete and building restoration and engineering...he's an expert at this, not "just a guy a big company hired and trained to sell services". Roger knows what the issues are and fixes them correctly HIMSELF...not by hired hands...plus if there is a secondary issue that arises that's related to the first , he will return and make sure that the basement or crawl space gets waterproofed. We had four foundation cracks re-injected from where previous owner did not solve the issues, an escape window opening concrete sealed, and caulking to two glass block basement windows. There have been three severe thunderstorm days since the repairs were made that would have surely shown water in the basement before the repairs...basement is bone dry now after Roger took care of things!!! Very happy!!! Save yourself headaches and worry about basement/foundation water issues...Call Roger Matson at Matson Waterproofing Solutions and depending on his project load and the size of your job, you will have work started/done within weeks of the estimate, not waiting for months for contractors to start work like the companies running all the TV ads."
