It was very expensive - about $3000 - to replace two skylights (though they were custom sized), seal some cracks in the roof of a 225 sf cottage, and replace the flashing along one edge of the roof. But this is a rental unit, one skylight was leaking, it was winter, and it had to be done asap.

They were great when we were scheduling the work, the job was done in a timely manner. I was pleased with them until our first rain storm and had a major leak on my front porch. When I called the office I was told we are really busy and will call you back. After a week I called them and the next available date to come out is in August. We have have had several rains the roof still leaks, I was unable to talk to a manager and the tech has been on vacation for two weeks. I scheduled for August 9 between 6 and 7 am, as this was the only time that was available that week.

My only comment is that they could have let me know that there were delays in getting the replacement skylights. I can wait, if I know what is going on.

All bids came in within a few hundred dollars. The roof of my house was replaced back in 2014 by another contractor. The original contractor did not repair the flat roof portion of the house properly and we had issues with tar oozing out the edges and dropping down on the concrete surface below and in one place it blocked up the gutter. The guys showed up in the early hours, replaced the damaged roof and cleaned up behind the gutters and removed the tar from the block gutter all by the end of the day. They did an excellent job and even though they were not the least expensive, they were able get the job done in the time frame I required.
