I got 4 different bids for fixing the leak in my Spanish Tile roof. "No Leak Roofing" (Belding) was not the lowest bid, however Randy did an inspection including videos of the areas most likely to be the culprits. He also showed me areas that could become a problem in the future. His professional and thorough approach convinced me that this was a company I could rely on. The works was completed in one day, Justin gave me a complete run-down on what he was going to do and afterwards, what he did.

Did quality work, but was like pulling teeth to get an estimate then scheduled for work to be done.

I chose Belding over the other contractors I talked to because they were super professional and knowledgeable. I forgot the name of the man who gave me the estimate (I’m so sorry!) but he came on time, took photos and video of where my leak was and explained the whole process if I did choose to go with them. All of the other people I contacted either didn’t show up or didn’t seem trustworthy. It was a bit of a wait but it was worth it! They fixed my leak and took after photos as well. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs roof repair!

I had about 2,000 sq.ft. of old tar and gravel roof with several pitches and complications, like skylights, solar panels, and conduit running across. The facias were also badly aged. Zach gave an estimate so far below any other roofer for what he offered that I was skeptical, especially since I live in Santa Fe and Belding Industries is in Albuquerque. Besides installing a new TPO roof, they included new steel facia coverings, a 15 year warranty on the new roof, and a renewal and sealing of the remainder of my roof (about 2,000 sq.ft. of metal propanel) with a 5 year warranty, all for less than any other bid for far less roofing. I am feeling very happy and pleased with my new roof from Belding.

Zach voluntarily reinserted a couple of loose roof tiles for both me and a neighbor--a quick and simple task for which the other estimators wanted $150-$200. He also gave a brief, no pressure pitch for a sealing and warranty service he offers. Not for me at this time, but he earned the hearing and I plan to call on him in the future for any roof problems.

Zac came out to give us an estimate, a bullet had went through our roof. He looked at it and repaired it on the spot, NO CHARGE! The other company wanted $700.00 to do it. Thank you so much Belding Industries, LLC you are the best. Can't thank you enough. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were the best price we were able to find to fix our leak. They did have to come out twice to work on our roof but got the job done. They offered payment options which was extremely helpful.
