Repair asphalt shingle roof and seal around vents and skylights. I actually enjoyed the interactions with every member of this company. The product makes sense (not using tar in the SW sun) and the work was done quickly with no mess left behind and a 5 year warranty. I appreciated the full explanation of the materials and process with no high pressure sales pitch.

Work not completed satisfactorily and after 9 months they are having to redo everything and they make me feel like I am expecting so much.

The job is not yet complete.

Every staff member I came in contact with, (over the phone and in person), were very friendly, very accommodating, and very professional. We were on a tight time frame, (in the middle of selling our house and needing repairs done before our closing date), and Belding quickly accommodated all of our time frame needs. The work on our roof was done perfectly!

The person who came and looked at the roof did a thorough inspection and pointed out things we were not aware of. The person who did the work was friendly and pleasant to deal with. The work was done in an acceptable time period. I would use them again and refer them to others.

Very pleasant phone people. The person who looked at the roof was knowledgeable and informative. The roofers were courteous and appeared to have done a good job. I had to call the billing person to obtain a receipt but she did it immediately once I contacted her.
