Got the job done, relatively quickly. The inspection of the roof was thorough, addressing aspects other roofers failed to notice. The price was the highest of all the quotes we received, but none of the other vendors could offer service in a reasonable time frame. When a roof is leaking, time is of the essence.

The roof repair looks great. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early. They had to special order the skylights and are holding off on final payment until delivered. Final project turned out great!"

Their bid was best by several hundred dollars. I am frustrated because I can.t get on the roof to check the work. Not their fault. Their supervisor did check the work and gave me a 5 year warrenty. I hope all is well

Turns out didn't need roof cleaned, but needed sealant. Martin sent someone to house an hour after I spoke with him to begin work on the roof and in no short order as had torrential downpour that same evening. Very pleasant experience all around.

I was afraid I needed a new roof after leaks appeared all around the edges of the house. I called on a Friday Morning, and Belding was able to inspect the same day and come back on Monday to seal all the edges with rubber sealant. It was much less than an new roof andi and it rained heavily the whole week with no leaks.
