They were very thorough. They explained what was going on and made suggestions for future needs but didn't try to over sell.

The tech was very professional. He accessed the problem . And he was able to fix or repair the problem and he even gave us advice on what should be the next step.

I saw they wrapped the pipe repair area with "black electrical tape"??? I also ask for a estimate for completion of pipe replacement (which is written on my receipt) and haven't heard anything back yet

Automatic did a very good job of putting in a new water main pipe. The original pipe ran under the driveway, so they had to dig a new trench. They did a very neat job of digging the trench by digging up the sod first, then dirt. The sod was replaced in reverse order. The ground looks very lumpy in places, but I imagine one would need a landscaper to restore it to its original smoothness. All in all, they did a great job, and I would definitely hire Automatic again.

I had the contractor come out to fix my outside faucet. He did good work to replace a washer. Just a few months later, the faucet is now broken again. I would like for the contactor to come back out and fix the problem again at no cost.

No plumber in region was familiar with the Aquor house hydrant. It requires some knowledge about how to retrofit to brick veneer. I had to do this part on my own after their quote. I made certain to tell them I had retrofit, but they insisted bricks be removed. So I will require brick work to finish the job. The plumbing connections were excellent.
