We had a few post installation opportunities, but they were corrected by the management. The owner of Automatic and the tank-less water heater is outstanding. I will use them for future HVAC or plumbing needs.

Quick response and problem that could not be resolved by a previous contradtor was analyzed at the first visit within an hour from when I contacted them They showed me the main problem after getting our system in opeation on a temporary basis.

I called them about 8:30 am with stopped up toilets. They were there at 9:45 am. Outstanding. Have to return to replace broken pipe in front yard.
