Very happy with the quality of work done replacing an electric storage tank water heater. Note: I went with a storage tank style replacement, not the tankless one that this review was filed under. Installers were able to come next day after the free estimate, even though this was not an emergency ( dry slow pin hole leak in the old tank). My only gripe if any, would be that the salesman quoted a price for all-inclusive, turn-key service which meant he would not disclose the breakdown of pricing for parts and labor. I was quoted a price for a project that included more work than was actually done, but the price was not adjusted for the scope of actual work done. The installers did not replace any piping or the cut-off valve since they were determined to be serviceable and could be left in place and reused, even though I was quoted a price that included replacement of these components.

The technicians that came out were very courteous and professional. Some trash was left behind. I called the office and was told someone would come by to pick it up, but no one did. I had to discard the trash myself.

They also moved a washer and dryer connections from a lower level to the second floor. They did a great job, very courteous and worked hard. Highly recommend them. Kris and Jared were great.
