Terry and Jason were the technicians who came out to look at our toilets. They were super friendly and professional. They arrived on time, too. I liked that they took the time to diagnose the problem, fix it, and made sure everything was okay before they left. They rocked!!!

Kris and Chris were very nice. My problem was a water main leak and it involved digging my yard up. That wasn't pleasant but necessary. The repair was done as promised. The pricing was comparable to other companies. My only problem with the whole experience was I had decorative stones framing my flower bed and they just left them strewn about the yard. I called them back and Chris placed them back as best he could since they had been cemented originally. Not as aesthetically pleasing as before but at least I am leak free. All things said, I would use this company again.

Thank you for the positive comments. I know that we did come back and make your home look as much as before as possible. We did have to dig a large hole to complete the repairs but we should have left it a little better the first time. It is true that we will make a mistake but we will always make it as right as possible.

Even though I discussed (w the sales rep) the common over-charging in my zip code for similar repair services, after the work was completed in a very professional manner, they still charged me $1600 to r/r a $425 water heater with a valve change. My estimation is that I was billed approximately $1000 over the cost of parts....never again! I would love to see a written justification for this outrageous action. Never again!
