I live in Colorado. I was making a visit out to my mother’s home in Memphis. A few days after my arrival she informed me of an issue in her master bathroom. I selected this pro due to the ratings and comments. Upon arrival the technician was in uniform and courteous. I showed the technician the situation he began to explain what the issue was and his resolution to fix it. It meant a lot to me how attentive the technician was regarding the care he took in his job especially when he realized this was my mother’s home who is a senior citizen. Before I departed my mom was able to use her master bathroom tub to soak and shower vs the guess bath. I am back in Colorado and mom continues to say how pleased she is of the technician.

199 to install a toilet I've supplied is way to expensive. You should reevaluate your pricing.

Dennis, I understand that you have this concern. We provide professional services and our team is trained to do the installation. Please keep in mind that the price that we quoted over the phone includes the following: A trained professional to complete the work, all the misc supplies to complete the work, all the tools that are required, all the required insurance and licensing (workman's comp, liability, vehicle ect.), a team in the office to take your call and provide support. I understand the concern which is why we let you know on the front end and you were able to make a choice to NOT do the work. I hope that whoever you had do the work did a great job. We are thankful that you gave us an opportunity.
