I hired them to install gas lines for my dryer and range. Very professional!!! They were also able to install the lines in the wall so everything is hidden as it should be. They scheduled me the following week after they came out to give me a quote. I don't know that they are the lowest cost, but the quality of their work is great and they clean up behind themselves. They also serviced my HVAC units. That price was very competitive. The reps were great. I'm very pleased.

Average estimate for the project was $150. They charged $285 and were difficult to work with.

Tye and his crew with Automatic rehabilitated the plumbing in my three home bathrooms. It was complicated by tile work I was unwilling to demolish. Automatic replaced the fixtures in the tub/showers and sinks. He installed a vanity and top in one. He gave me do-it-yourself tips that saved him time and saved me money. I bid the job out and I got the best estimate (they were competitive) from Tye. What really motivated me to hire Automatic was Tye's grasp of my project. He understood what I wanted and followed through with everything we discussed. His workmanship was excellent. He was respectful always. I would hire him again for a big project like this one.

If I were wealthy I’d have no problem hiring them to do more work. I just can’t afford their hourly fees.

Very quick response from provided vendors. Vendor contacted me, surveyed the problem and had replacement unit installed and operational in the same day. Excellent experience all around!!
