Reviews
Write a ReviewSince their work, we have not had water in the basement in areas that were constantly flooding. The employees were efficient, instructive, and courteous. I am inordinately pleased.
James staff did a great job.
I was told what was needed without a sales pitch and explained what would fix my issues. Thoroughly satisfied
Great guys who were super professional
The owner was doing too many projects at one time. He failed to communicate when he was not coming to work on this project. My project was to take four days and took almost 2 weeks.
The project was completed in a timely and professional manner.
Very professional & honest..saved me a ton of money and didn’t try to swindled me, highly recommend
My experience was pleasurable but I had to do most of the contacting to find out when the work would be completed once I signed the contract. They came out and it took 2 days for all work to be done. There was NO Followup for some work I felt needed to be done after the initial job was paid in full. I was told that someone would come back out to do some minor work to give the job a more professional look but No one ever called back!!!!
This company did an excellent job with waterproofing my rental property by installing a second sump pump. They were on time and after the job was finished, they removed all debris. What was especially helpful was the company addressing, without hesitation, my concerns about the sump pump's placement. It was very important to me that the sump pump itself and its pvc exit pipe be placed in front of the house. Otherwise, placing it in the back of the house would cause exiting water to reenter the house from the back, thereby overwork the already existing sump pump located in the back of the house that keeps the water from coming in from the back. Wait, it gets better. The company also extended the pvc exit pipe and tunneled it under the concrete walkway to where the yard slopes down away from the house. Otherwise, the water could reenter the house from the front, thereby overwork the newly installed sump pump. I totally recommend their service. My tenants are so happy and so am I. Thank you so much Always Waterproofing. You Rock!
