Quick and to the point. Great price and the finish was amazing. Ian, who was working the basement, was available to answer questions while the work was being done. Would recommend them to anyone who is concerned with water issues, don't wait until the water is already in your basement.

Their pricing was very competitive. The crew that came out did a good job covering items and cleaning up. My main negative was at times it was difficult to contact someone. I was concerned that if there was ever an issue I may have a hard time reaching someone. Everything else, So far, so good! Update: I had a small leak in the wall over the weekend and contacted them. They had someone out the next day to address the problem. In my first review I stated that I was concerned about communication and follow through but I must admit that they really seem to be service minded and stand behind their work. Kudos!

We had 2 sump pumps with battery backups with a perimeter drainage system installed in our basement. Workers were prompt, hard-working, and job was done within the amount of time planned. Clean-up was thorough and we were totally satisfied with results. My only critique would be that we could have been a little more informed about the amount of electrical outlets we had to have available for pumps and batteries. (But, we probably could have done a little more research ourselves and would have been able to ask those important questions.) All in all, we would highly recommend this company to our family, friends and neighbors.
