Always waterproofing had very diligent workers! The sales person was really knowledgable and listened carefully to my concerns. They designed a complex project that worked to solve my problem. They were not only diligent but very efficient, too! Their concern for customer service was outstanding. In fact, one day, in the middle of the project, they came very early in the morning to begin work because they knew it was going to rain later in the day. They needed to get the project moved forward to minimize the water I would get in the basement from the rain. I am very happy with the project's outcome The house looks beautiful and there is no more water in my basement!

I am very pleased about the knowledge and professionalism of this company. The crew were very professional and courteous when they had to deal with an irate neighbor (through no fault of their own). Was very happy with their demeanor in answering any questions I had as they worked along. I would use these guys again, but hopefully I wont have to :)

Although he informed me it was not typical, the gentleman that completed the initial estimate for the work was one of the workers that actually completed the work. This was reassuring because I had previously contracted a company to complete the work and when the crew arrived they said the salesman did not realize the amount labor needed on my basement. Therefore, the crew was unable to complete the work for the price originally quoted. All together, I met with about 5 companies and choose Always Waterproofing for their genuineness and expertise. The only issue was, even with the plastic they laid on the remaining belongings in the basement there was still a massive amount of dust created from breaking up the cement with the air hammer. I suggest removing everything from the area, not just away from the walls as they instructed me. Other than that fixable problem, I would surely recommend this company for your water management needs.
