We had them install an indoor sump pump (including digging the pit and pipes) and some basement walkout drain installation. They did high-quality work and finished quickly. Their price was the best of 5 quotes I received and so the value was high. The only thing that was not perfect was that communication was slow, sometimes they did not respond to texts, but they were good when they responded, and they showed up on time. Overall, 9/10, highly recommend!

To put this in some perspective, this is the first time I have ever written a negative review for any work we have ever had done. The salesman was friendly and work was scheduled about 3 weeks out. However, when the concrete was done it had dark streaks all through it. When the person who did the work called for payment, I explained my concerns and he assured me that they would go away but was extremely condescending when he spoke to me. He told me that he always has to explain how the process works to women who only care about the cosmetics of the concrete and that the marks I was seeing were a result of **condensation** - that I could even google it. I told him that I would be calling him back in 28 days after the curing process was complete. When I called to complain and see what could be done to fix the marks, he was very rude and asked what I wanted him to do about it. He said they did not do anything wrong. He gave me three options - tear it up and do it again, patch it, or paint it, and then told me that in a year it would all be covered in dirt and no one would see it anyway. I let him know that I was not happy with this and it sounded like he did not plan on trying to fix the issue and then he started yelling at me. Bottom line - I would never hire this guy to do any work for me again. Rude, unprofessional, and poor quality work. Update: My husband spoke to our salesman who was apologetic about my experience. He did offer us money back as a solution. I appreciate his willingness to work with us to resolve the issue.
