Always Waterproofing

James, Danny and crew from Always Waterproofing were absolutely fantastic! Our egress window looks amazing and their work was truly top notch. They worked extremely hard and their clean up and finishing touches were beyond what we would have expected. We highly recommend Always Waterproofing.

Great work. Showed up on time. Worked hard. Explained everything fully from beginning to end. Cleaned up after themselves very well. Overall I was impressed. Price was very reasonable and the work held up well through several hard rains we had since the job was finished. No leakage. The only complaint I can find is that the Lifetime Guarantee Certificate we were promised (which entitles us to free repairs if necessary and which will increase our home value) has still not been delivered a month after the job. We called them several times to ask for it but still don't have it.

James and Danny were prompt, courteous, and timely in the start and completion of my job. Most importantly, their bid was 1/3 of the next lowest bid. They simply did outstanding work!

James Remsburg of Always Waterproofing was extremely friendly and discussed my situation thoroughly. He did not act like a salesman but like someone who was truly interested in helping me, unlike other reps I met with. Once we made an agreement he did the work as soon as possible. His price was very reasonable and I would certainly recommend that you talk to him first before having any waterproofing work done. Previous to getting estimates for the work on my basement walls, work had already been done to clean and put protectant on them. Based on that, I knew what didn't need to be done. I did not have water in the basement, just effloresence on the walls that was already visible 18 years before when I bought the townhouse. It had continued to get worse since then but that was typical in the neighborhood. James is the only representative of the three that I got estimates from that did not propose putting in a French drain,work that was not needed. He did say that the only way to ensure complete remission of the problem was to dig a trench outside and waterproof the outside walls and that they could do so. His estimate for that work was thousands of dollars less than another estimate I got to do the same.

It was a pleasure working with James and his crew. James contacted me right away and provided me with a very reasonable quote within 30 minutes of me submitting my job on Service Magic. His crew showed up right on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and made sure the area was all hosed off and to my liking before they left. There is no doubt about it I will recommend Always Waterproofing to my friends and neighbors!

I inspector and project forman were the same person. This was key, because the guy doing the work actucally came out before hand and talke with me about what needed to be done. The crew he brough out with him were excellent, they work amazingly hard and completed the project in one day. I am very happy with the work and will use this company again for 2 other project I have planfor my home.

Completed job in 2 days with excellent crew. Also returned at a later date to fill in some settling of outside work area.

Clean up was quick and efficient.

James and his crew arrived on-time and conducted themselves in a professional manor. I was having them replace my current sump pump and adding a water powered back up sump pump as well. They answered any questions I had and explained the entire process. They used the highest quality pumps (zoeller) which i researched on line prior to placing the order. The project was a little pricey hence the 3.5 stars for value: but it was worth the piece of mind knowing that James was using zoeller equipment vs other lesser brands. I would certainly use them again for any of my waterproofing needs.
