Very easy to work with, and very generous when doing changes to the job that I wanted done at no additional cost. His workers were very professional and cleaned up the worksite every day. I would recommend him to others.

We hired Alexander Davis contracting based on project matching & reviews from Angi. They were responsive on the phone, & came to give an estimate. They would not do just the trim repair & suggested they clean and seal our deck in addition. Alexander quoted $1200 for the deck with is over twice as much as this service has cost us in the past. But we needed the trim done so we agreed. The team came out and repaired the trim well, but the deck is horrible. They used too much pressure on the power washer & tore up the wood (hair like splinters hanging off everywhere) and their water-seal like product has caused mold spots all over the deck IN or UNDER the water-seal layer (the original cleaning was only for oxidation/graying). Mr. Davis' response to this obvious negligent work was to tell us, "mold grows anywhere, next year when you get it cleaned again it will go way." Every other time we have gotten our deck sealed it has been bright & spotlessly clean for three years. If their treatment it ineffective why do it? Unprofessional outfit. If I could I would give the Alexander Davis Contracting Company a SIX star rating. I have used other contractors but none came close to the quality and workmanship as they did. I contacted them to rehabilitate my existing wooden deck. From the initial contact until the *timely job completion*, it was a great experience. Mr. Davis has assembled a great crew that came prepared to work. The entire company has a great work ethic, and I would recommend them without question.

They fixed an repaired a a stone wall, all my neighbors think they did a wonderful job. I thought they did wonderful work as well.

The repair was completed earlier than expected, and the wall looks like it was never damaged.
