They replaced and painted all the exterior wood trim on our house. Extremely high quality, did this work in preparation of selling a home. They checked with us on the progress of the work if we were satisfied.

I had 6" gutters with gutter guards installed and the house power washed.The work quality on the gutter guards was not up to ADC standards. The next work day after I provided ADC notice, a crew came out and addressed all issues. If the first crew had done the same job the second did, the review would be all 5 stars.

He did everything I asked him to. He has a wonderful foreman. Very kind. On time. Nothing to worry with them. Very professional. I have dealt with a lot of contractors, and he honored his commitment. Was fun to work with.

Mr. Davis came to give us an estimate very quickly. He started on the date that we agreed to. He was willing to make changes that were needed. His foreman,Alissom Miranda managed the job on site in a very professional and timely manner. The craftsmen were excellent, especially hard working and respectful of our home.

Alexander and Allison both were professional, work was performed on time and as per the contract terms. Will work with them again and recommend them for services they offer.

Alexander Davis Contracting did an outstanding job modifying my gutter system to make drain properly. They went above an beyond my expectations of quality of work and customer service. I will most definitely use them again for future projects.

I liked the no-nonsense bid. Mr. Davis knew the neighborhood, checked the house on Google Maps and gave me a verbal quote over the phone. I loved that. No need to take off work to meet a contractor... and all that entails. After accepting the bid, communication was light. After I called ADC, I was given a date, and the installers were there when promised. The leader even came by the day before to leave the necessary extension cord, so I could plug it in for their power needs. This allowed installers to arrive after I'd left for work, and again I didn't have to leave the office to meet them and get them started. The job took about a half day for my modest house. I paid by check (credit card would've been extra nice). We just got two days of rain and the gutters are doing a yeoman's job. I'd recommend Alexander Davis Contracting and will call them when I need siding replaced.
