I was in need asphalt shingled roof repair. I called to four roofing companies for estimates. Waited several weeks with no responses from anyone! When I called Alexander Davis Contracting, they called me right back. I then met with Alexander at the job site, he wrote up an acceptable estimate, and I hired him on the spot. He got the project scheduled and I had a quality roof repair completed within four days.

Pros: Fast, quality work that is reasonably priced. Work was done day after contract signing, in 1 day. Roof and gutter look high quality. Free plywood and PVC board. It was $3.6K job 4 gutters, mall roof, lumber repair. I had other roofing work done by another contractor few years ago, this job looks much better. Other: Gentleman negotiates extremely fast. Its a matter of personal style, I prefer a slower pace, but some like the fast pace. I didn't make agreed upon work acceptance time, gentleman was extremely upset with me, which is understandable. Again, work looks high quality.

He's very thorough and honest. He went above and beyond and didn't add to the cost and charges. His crew is great, did extraordinary work and are great to work with. So much so that I hired them to replace my roof.
