Alexander Davis depends on HomeAdvisor as a main reference for his business, and therefore from the outset made sure that I knew that if anything wasn't done to my satisfaction they would keep coming back until it was. That is exactly what happened. They replaced extensive rotted wood around windows, as well as uncovered and repaired one area of sheathing under the siding that had black mold and extensive rot. My only quibble (aside from them having to come back and fix some rotted wood that had been missed the first time) was that there were quite a few old paint peelings all around the house after they finished-- although I'm not sure how that can be avoided with exterior work. Perhaps the most telling thing about the job, though, was the true embarrassment that the foreman displayed when they came back to fix the things they had missed the first time-- he was chagrined and apologetic. It reflected a genuine and rare pride in workmanship.

I have used Alexander several times and he is very pleasant person to talk to. I think of him as my contractor. He suggest things that are good for me and my home. He trained his workers well and they know what they are doing. I have always been satisfied with his work. I highly recommend him.

We had Alex come out to give an estimate for what we thought was an issue with our siding. He was completely honest us and said nothing was wrong or needed replaced (normal wear and tear of siding for the age of our house). It was so nice to not have someone try and scam us out of money that didn't need to be spent. Will definitely be using them again for our next project.

Honesty is the best policy she called this out for a siding job that she did not need to give her some instructions and that's all she really needed she went to work closing for the property and everything went well and we're so glad that we could give good advice without ripping off customer doing work that doesn't need done
