Upfront about their inability to work in the rain and high winds. They were prepared to do the job the day after I hired them but the weather kept them away but they called to explain and showed up once the weather cleared and did an outstanding job at the great price. The crew was well versed in tree care, gave me an assessment on the condition of my trees, were courteous, friendly, and had a great sense of humor.

I had some very large trees in tricky locations and they handled everythig, coordinating with my neighbors, dismant!ing my neighbors fence and replacing it after, dropping several large trees in three yards, without incident, and cleaned up promptly. I was very impressed with Travis and his crews' professionalism and emphasis on safety. Dealing with Terry and Ace's was a pleasure. I will not hesitate to call them again.

The whole crew was very friendly & courteous. None of them had any issues with my husband & I watching them work or asking a million & one questions. The trees they cut were extremely close to our house & very tall. They were able to cut them down without ever touching the house, even with the wind being very strong. We are extremely happy with them all & will definitely use them again if needed.

They overcharge and tried to increase prices during the job. When they showed up they told me they normally charged $350, but since this was an **emergency** it would be $500. I felt like that was too high, but agreed because it was somewhat of an emergency. As they were taking down the tree, the lead man said that he should have charged more, that $500 would only cover his deductible. I just ignored him and let them finish the work, paid the asking price of $500.

Brady you called us for an emergency situation and I sent the guys as quickly as possible and saved the tree from hitting the power lines. You expressed to me on the phone that you were very happy with the service we provided. Our prices do go up some when we are dealing with emergency situations. I apologise for the comment you over heard him saying. I'm sorry that you gave us this review because we strive to make our customers happy.
