Very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They were supposed to show up on a Tuesday, but it rained. I called the office and they said tree people don't work in the rain. I didn't know that. A call from them would have been in order.

Responded in a timely manner, arrived exactly when expected, did a great job, gave good advice about our trees, and cleaned up before leaving. Excellent experience.

Ace's Tree Service is "aces" with us. We had a tree in the front yard very near our home that had been affected by the remnants of Hurricane Matthew. The ground had become saturated from the heavy rain combined with the strong winds causing the tree to start leaning putting our house at risk. We called Ace's right away for an estimate. They carefully assessed the best way to handle what needed to be done which was no easy task considering the abundance of trees on our property and in close proximity. It required not only falling the tree so it didn't hit the house but also navigating between healthy trees without damaging them or getting hung up. The tree came down precisely as planned. We were impressed with their professionalism, talent and knowledge. We recommend them without hesitation and will use them again.

Ace's responded quickly to give me an estimate. Then they were able to do the work 2 days later. The men were knowledgeable and polite. They did a good job with the tree and cleaned up everything. I would definitely use them again.

I was very impressed with aces tree removal. My wife and I just moved into a bigger home that was covered with trees and brush in the back yard and wanted to get some trees removed so that our young children would have some where to play. I must admit when my wife and I saw this company on home advisor we were a little concerned with one of the bad reviews. After getting the company to do an estimate my wife and I felt more comfortable with aces out of the other five tree removal companies that did estimates for us. Aces arrived on time and was professional throughout the entire time they were working. They kept my wife and I updated on what they were doing. They removed the trees that were given in the estimate. My wife and I are very pleased with aces and plan to use them again in the coming months for a few more trees that we want cut down. Again thank you aces for your services.

They were very unprofessional. I had a large job and they gave us a quote that I went with. Then half way though the job they complain how they underestimated the job. They wanted more money because they needed to "rent" a stump grinder to finish the job. They got mad when I said I was holding them to their quote. They left a mess. They did not stake the wood. They did not clean up. They even left cigarettes butts all over the yard.

Update 6/10/16- I'm giving this company a higher review now because of the excellent customer service. I received a call today to discuss the issues I had with my service and they offered to come back to my home and provide additional trimming on my trees this summer free of charge. I really appreciated the follow up!

Terry worked with me to match another company bid. Team did a great job of getting the trees down and cleaning up the area.

The tree we needed to be removed was a difficult one because of its location (between two houses) and because the topmost branches were dead. They took time to plan it all out, and the plan worked. They did a good job of cleaning up.
