"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. "We hired Shelton's Wildlife Removal to restore our attic after a bat colony had made a home there over the course of several months (which the previous homeowner missed/ignored for some reason). Shelton subcontracted the work through Sullivan Insulation, and they did a fantastic job. Sullivan vacuumed up roughly 40 lbs of bat guano, removed all of the insulation throughout the entire attic, cleansed and deodorized the area where the bats had made their family toilet, and then installed brand new blown-in R38 fiberglass insulation. The difference was truly night and day (especially the smell, which had worsened after we had HVAC work completed), and they completed everything before noon in a single day. We obtained two other quotes before deciding to work with Shelton's Wildlife Removal; Shelton's price was slightly higher than both of them, but none of the others outlined a restoration plan as thorough and comprehensive as Shelton's. On this factor alone, I would say that Shelton's Wildlife Removal is the best company for the job if you want things done right."
