Price was cut all dead out, Top And cut 2 leads Wasn't toped and said pole saw could not reach further up for rest of dead limbs Second lead wasn't cut all the way left part. I ask can you lower price Because that was left Man said we come out 2 days Because started raining Really ? I wanted to stick local I had another company come out would do half the price

Family owned business came with family topic problems which surprisingly showed up in front of my house and at my doorstep. Later, that same evening, I did receive a phone call from the owner with a meaningless apology. We will NEVER acquire nor recommend services from Ace's Tree Service, Inc, EVER again.

A quick response was SO appreciated as we were unable to leave our home due to the fallen giant gum tree. All personnel were courteous and efficient in their work. Highly recommend Ace's Tree Service.

Agent called mike to ask if any body got in contact with him for the tree removal was really upset to the price and incomplete job the did took them 2 days to just cut the tree down not pick or cut up ..Tree landed by drive way and they refuse took move tree because it was not on the contract ..Mike went inside his resident's to get the contract came back out they were gone

This is a misunderstanding and I settled this by reimbursing part of the money. We always try very hard to make the customers happy. It has been extremely hot this summer and may take a little longer to complete a job.
