Some good ole boys that work hard and do a fantastic job. The service was better than I expected and they were more affordable than the 3 other companies I got a quote from. Terri (the owner) is a sweetheart too.

Twice I have used Ace's Tree Service in the last 6 years, and both times I have paid them with a smile on my face. They quickly evaluated the work I requested, immediately providing written quotes with different options. They were prompt, courteous, and respectful. They did not waste my time or theirs. Their quality of work was excellent; I feel they went above and beyond both times. Their prices are fair and competitive. This is a small, family owned business, who treats their customers as you would a good friend. I highly recommend Ace's Tree Service.

The said they would cut the upper part of the tree and lower it to the ground, which would have been less destructive. Instead, they dropped the whole tree into the yard. One of the tree tops landed on the public road. They left without telling us that half of the road was covered with large limbs. We had to call them back to do the stump grinding.

We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you. My men say a huge thunder and lightning storm came and forced them to go. They did come back later. I had explained to you at the time of the estimate. The stumps would not be grinded on the same day as to I was waiting to get the grinder from the shop and you said it was okay at the time. If there is any thing we can do to make this better? Please give me a call. Respectfully, Terry
