"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

"We had a squirrel issue and it was dealt with quickly and thoroughly. Our service person was very friendly and knowledgable. We have a warranty on the work in case the issue comes up again. As it stands. 8 months later and no issues. He found the entry point near a gutter and sealed it up. Definitely recommend this company."

"I have been using landlock for over 8 years for regular pest control maintenance. They have always been very timely, professional, knowledgeable and timely. From time to time, I have had to call them in for specific projects, particularly wasp and hornet control. They always respond quickly and eradicate the problem. Great company with very reasonable pricing. i would highly recommend landlock. If the murder hornets ever show up, landlock will be my first telephone call. :)"
