The prices advertised on Home Advisor were half ($200 - $250 per hour) then what I was actually charged. Based on the estimate, I thought it would be over three hours of work required, but they were done in have that time. The work was good, but I felt misled based on the total price that I paid.

Job being done as estimated. I needed one tree removal. Now I'm removing 3 more and 2 tree pruning. They are experience with trees. One tree is completely hollow do to squirrels living inside. Had I not notice that tree would have sooner or later fallen on my home.Terry is a very polite owner-manager and her son Travis is an expert on trees. He named every type of tree in my property. They are not out to get your money. I wanted another tree removed, do to a broken branch and Travis talked me out of cutting the entire tree wish would have cost a lot more. He recommended a good tight trim. Cutting the tree would have cost $1,500.00 to $2,000.00. The pruning $200.00 he saved me about $1,800.00. I highly recommend Ace's Tree Services. Robert

Service is very prompt

After tree was cut down, the tree fell into another tree. So the whole tree is cut at the root, but still upright leaning into another tree. I think this could be hazardous in the future if walking in the woods.

They performed excellent work and very prompt on getting it done on time. it was a last minute request and they took immediate action to my request. Left the area clean and great work!

I was so grateful for the immediate response on not only the initial call back ( less than 5 minutes... ) from requesting a quote on Home Advisors, to Terry & Travis coming out in less than 24 hours to see to that & then it was less than another 24 hours - til they were in my driveway ready to work. And each of the crew - came up to shake my hand & introduce themselves. I needed help removing one tree & trimming up 4 others - 3 of which belonged to 2 different neighbors - whose branches hung all too far over my property & some of which had actually laid on top of my shed for over 2 years. Thankfully - each gave permission for the guys to go onto their property & do what was needed - trimming up those branches that hung over my property. Living alone - the immense work of dead branches, endless leaves in the Fall & literally millions of acorns to have to clean up - had simply become overwhelming & I literally spent more time crying over all the non stop work which had become year round for me. Between a buckled/cracked driveway due to huge roots pushing up the asphalt, the clogged gutters ( which I can in no ways clean out myself... ), the dead branches that needed to be picked up before every mowing & the acorns that none of us could walk on ( my dogs or myself & the sharp shell pieces would actually get imbedded in my 3 dogs poor feet. ( Ouch to say the least. :( ), and all the time wasted raking, burning & bagging up the non-stop mess - the call was long over due. It was a big job, but by day's end - it was done. That night - I literally cried with relief. I will still have yardwork and Fall cleanup to see to - as there are many more trees we're surrounded by from other neighbors, but already - it's been such a huge help. We can walk out on our side deck without stepping on acorns, the side driveway hasn't needed raking since the job was done & there'll be so much less leaves to have to deal with. And just as important - the safety factor. These oak trees taken down & trimmed up - were such a danger - due to their immense size, as well as leaning towards my house & property. The one neighbor's tree - was starting to lay on the electric wires from the street pole - up to my neighbor's house. They would still do considerable damage should they fall in a storm - but at least it'll be a lot LESS damage - than had I done nothing. And with the work involved - no one would have given us a better price on getting the job done. My neighbor had 6 trees taken down the day after I did - also by Ace - & we had called around & gotten esimates for over a year. The clean up was also great. And you know it's so - when friends & other neighbor's tell you what a great job it was & how impressed they were. If you're tired of too much yard work & clean up , or worried about safety - make the call. Life is too short. I can't thank these guys & this hard working family enough - for giving me back a piece of my life & a lot of peace of mind.

They were very responsive to our particular needs in removing the trees as they were close to the house. Very professional company.

Ace had a tough job downing a huge tree close to my house and all went well until the end when they dropped the remainder of the truck (about 40 ft) diagonally across the yard and damaged my fence. They did return and made some repairs to the fence but missed several damaged place.s. Had to call my fencing company for a thorough repair.

Prompt, efficient, cleaned everything up.
