I should have written this review a lot sooner and in light of recent events anyone reading this now will truly appreciate why this review is important for the total customer service CJ of Roof it Forward demonstrated is something that needs to be told and praised. First, CJ is a consummate gentleman and professional. Second, he knows roofing. Third, I was happy that I answered my door to CJ after I had been bombarded by other roofing companies after storms and a recent tornado whipped through my neighborhood. CJ was not only there every step of the way, but he took a load off me in working with our insurance company and not only knowing but anticipating what would be needed to get our roof redone. CJ delivered. In the weeks leading up to the installation, CJ was communicating with me constantly. He always took my calls and worked my roof as if it was his own. CJ showed up and stayed on the day of installation. He supervised the crew and made sure to engage and inclu

Milum was great to work with. Always willing to work with me no matter the case. When it came to installation, the crew was on time, quick, and cleaned up like they were never there. Needing a roof isn’t something you ever want but these guys made it easy.

Mylum was STELLAR! He came to work with my mother, not knowing my background in roofing; or that he was being ‘scrutinized closely’! Passed with an A+ from start to finish of the project. Worked with the adjuster, the HOA folks, around her calendar, I think he even controlled the weather! Communication is critical for home owners & this went Top Notch! They say “Ain’t Nobody Happy If Momma Ain’t Happy” and she is = so Thank You!

Christopher Newlin (Chris), is my inspector. Chris has been very professional, efficient, readily available when I call, quick to deliver whatever is need and/or requested. Whatever Chris tells me he will do you can count on him doing whatever he says he will do. Chris is considerate of the privacy of my homeowners. I am the President of Roosevelt Park in Columbus, IN. I was a banker in my working career, I have interviewed hundreds of people for various positions with in the operations center I managed. I would hire him in a heart beat. Additionally, Chris is a truthful individual as well.

I had some work done on our roof last year with Roof it Forward and I couldn’t recommend them more! The project manager Nick Trees was very professional and made sure we understood every step of the way! If you need work done around your house definitely give Nick and Roof it Forward a call!

After a tree fell in my backyard and damaged my roof, under-hang, and gutters, Roof It Forward and CJ Clumb were incredible to work with. They thoroughly assessed the damage, clearly explained what was needed, and handled all communication with my homeowners insurance adjuster — which made the whole process so much easier. Roof It Forward made the process of getting a new roof very easy. Isaac took really good care of us and made the process seamless. I definitely recommend Roof It Forward to anyone in need of a new roof.
