"I bought a water heater. They first connected me with a plumbing company that tried to add on $270 for additional materials and labor costs that they could not justify. I returned the water heater, and they again connected me to Holthaus. Holthaus called later that same afternoon and scheduled for the next morning. "The company was prompt and efficient. The water heater that they had quoted us they found out was out of stock and since our current water heater was not functioning they wanted to get us up and going as soon as possible so they arrive as schedule but with a upgraded water heater at no additional charge. They also did some customer re installation of to a more convenient location in the mechanical room in our basement giving us better access to the water heater and the water softener."

"The technician, joswag, that came out to fix a simple problem did so much for me. Since it was a simple fix and I had done everything but miss one little piece, I was just charged the travel fee. That was more than fair. But then I showed him an issue I had been having with my newly built home of 6 months. I thought I might have a leak somewhere. He looked at the wall, the bathroom upstairs where it was probably coming from and determined that I probably did have a leak. He showed me what company did the work. I called the company and set up an appointment for examination all based on his suggestion to do so. He even waited with me while I was on the phone to enzure that it was all done and set up correctly. Afterwards, I told him that he could charge me a fee for the help he provided. He didn't and said that he was proud to work for the company because they don't nickel and dime people which I can attest to first hand.
