Craig, Mike ,and Mario are true customer service professionals!! From beginning to the end of our new roofing project they went into great detail of the project, came out to our home 2 times to make sure all our questions were answered and help us with color selections .The day of the install they were at our home early and put down tarps all around our home to catch debris and after install cleaned up perfectly! Our roof is beautiful and already catching our neighbors attention to the quality and beautiful color selections available! True customer service professionals in a world where customer service is not a priority!I highly recommend Roof it Forward!!

I had to have the total roof replaced after it was determined that the missing shingles was not the only issue with my roof. John H. was my contact and he was very professional, helped me navigate the insurance process, and constantly kept in contact and followed through each step of the way. The new roof looks better than the old and the professionalism and efficiency of the crew was amazing. They took off the old roof and installed the new in one day! I would recommend this company.

Did great, Worked with me over the phone and where timely in getting the repairs done before the home was inspected.

However do the massive amount of wind damage in our area in this month our crews are repairing up to 12 roofs each day. Once we met with your insurance company we quickly expedited your repair and moved it up the schedual due to your closing. We repaired the roof the next day after you gave us the approval to move forward. We will strive to do better next time. I met with Craig and Mike at the property and they were prompt and on time and very professional as well as polite. They did a thorough inspection of my roof, gutters, and siding for any damage. They were honest about everything they found and helped explain everything each step of the way! I would recommend this company to anyone in need!
