We hired Roof It Forward to replace a storm damaged roof and gutters after meeting with Scott Chamness. Scott did a great job explaining the process and how the job would be completed. He worked with our insurance company to determine the scope of damage and was at the house to make sure everything was being done right. Scott was fully invested in the project and always responded when we had a question. I highly recommend Scott and Roof It Forward.

I wanted to provide a Kudos to Kenneth Ewing, Restoration Consultant for Roof It Forward. Kenneth dropped by after recent storm offering to check my roof for damage. Kenneth has been on time, courteous, and professional with every contact. Kenneth did find damage and he has worked closely with my insurance company towards a resolution all the while checking in with me and keeping me informed of progress. My experience to this point has been great and I look forward to continuing to work with Kenneth and Roof It Forward.

I worked with Chris Asher & Patricia Senteney on my project. Chris Asher was my sales person & Patricia Senteney was the project manager. Chris was very knowledgeable as I had other contractors out to my home to evaluate it. I was only calling to get a roof on my shed before winter but ended up getting a new roof on the shed, a new roof on my home, new siding on my home all the way around, new gutters and downspouts, new soffit, and new window wraps for less than what a new roof would have cost me. Chris came out to evaluate our home and asked if there was a reason that we hadn't filed a claim for storm damage. I told him I had never heard of such a thing and would want to do my homework with my insurance carrier to make sure that that was something I could actually do, as I have always paid for my roofs. Chris went over the Roof It Forward program, I did my homework with my insurance carrier and we initiated the claim. Chris came out to meet with the insurance adjuster and made sure we were all on the same page. Chris then came out and walked the project with Craig Stevens to make sure that I understood exactly what was going on and we were all on the same page. Patricia the project manager was great as she was out here several times to oversee the project, and Chris & Patricia also answered several calls well after business hours. Thank you all so much for everything, our home looks phenomenal!! If you ever need roofing, siding, or gutters, these are the folks to call!! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
