Inspector Whitney did an excellent job with my MDE lead inspection. I found him through Angie?s List and he was able to test my property the next day. He explained the process, answered all my questions, and kept me updated while waiting for the test results. I recommend him without reservation.

Very friendly, but critically amateur. Took dust samples from the center/most trafficked parts of each room (inaccurate); threw all the samples into the same bag (cross-contamination). He didn't have any 'official' equipment for bagging the paint chip samplesâ ended up using a discarded ziploc bag that may or may not have been from his lunch that day. The worst offense was finding out after getting results back that he had no idea which sample went to which room, as he did not write this information down. That was the whole job. I asked for a partial refund (despite deserving a full refund) and after initially denying the request, he offered $32 back of the $293 total, because quote: "[he's] a reasonable man." This is not a legitimate business.

Very Diabolical energy when I met you & u are still presenting yourself in that same manner on my business marketing platform. The bottom line was you tried to get ?privileged? treatment and I didn?t allow you to. Anyhow, My business reviews prior to you speaks volume.
