The air test was expensive and I didn't realize that it didn't cover the entire house - only one floor of our house, which was not explained over the phone to me. When the lab report came in, it was emailed to me without any explanation, and that was four days ago. I have no idea what our test means and I was told that it would be explained to me. I left a message just now once I could finally track down a phone number, and I assume they will get back to me. Also - what's with the name? It's nearly impossible to remember or write down, and I suspect that must be on purpose, for what could be shady reasons. That's just conjecture on my part, though. That is all.

Ma'am, I was nothing but helpful to you and your family. Everything was carefully explained before we came out INCLUDING PRICING PER SAMPLE. It was obvious that you wanted to pay less and get more. When the lab report came I also explained Your results THOROUGHLY. I don't know why you are choosing to attack my company but all in all Your personal opinions are just that. Very helpful with the registration process. Professionalism was impressive. The inspector was on time and the pricing was reasonable as well. Definitely will be permanently using A & A & AABABAC LPI. lastly the inspector was well mannered and handsome.
