Even during Covid, 411 Heating & AC responded right away to our AC problem. Unfortunately his team messed up my AC system. When they left the AC started making weird noises to the extent that neighbors complained about noise. Sayed refused to come again to see the AC. I had another mechanic come in and it was diagnosed that air pocket was introduced in the AC hermetically sealed system. Disappointed with service as human mistakes happen but a company should stand behind the work they do. Hope you guys have better experience but for me it was not nice.

PLEASE NOTE: I gave 2.5's to quality of work and value for the money because I really don't know how much capacitors for air conditioners cost and Said just completed the work on Sunday when we called him. It's only been 5 days. I tried submittind my ratings w/out answering those questions and my ratings would not be accepted. Said replaced a Capacitor on our 10 yr. old + air conditioner. So far, so good. It's been 5 days. I'm not sure how much capacitors for air conditioners generally cost. I ultimately give Said a 5.0 on all he did and what we know. We called Sunday morning during the recent heatwave, September 6th, 2020 around 8 am and he came as promised, between 9 am and 11 am. It was up and running in less than 3 hrs. We're were extremely grateful.

We needed to repair our AC unit asap during the Labor Day heat wave. I used HomeAdvisor platform to find a contractor in my area. This company offered me 2 hour window for repair. The came in time, and twenty minutes later we had our AC running like new. I'm very pleased with their work. Thank you very much.

Charges were very high for a simple fix. Was told diagnosis will be $89 plus parts cost. Ended up paying $350 for replacing AC fan capacitor was part cost was not revealed.
