Sayed called promptly, showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. He worked with me (the home owner) to cycle power when needed, and was understanding about needing to take a few minutes to turn some things off before cycling the power. I would definitely hire him again and would, in fact, call him FIRST. Well done and thank you!

Try to get a quote ahead of time. What was great was speed of arrival and knowledge of problem and ability to fix it quickly. Yet the price was high. Though the work was great! Would I hire them again? Yes I would! Absolutely! Would I get clearer on a price quote up front? Yes I would. Do I reccomend them - Yes!

They really explained what they were doing and why it was necessary, truly first class professionals.

On one of the hottest days, Mr Opeyany came out and discovered that our air conditioning system was rather complex. He returned the next day and communicated with the vendor representative and after an hour plus, was able to get the system running again. He also let us know what we hadn't been doing in the past re maintenance and what we will need to do in the future. We found him honest and direct in his communication. We would recommend him whole heartedly.

I had my A/C capacitor go out on me during the peak of a heatwave. I got on all the apps to find a hvac company that could come out asap to fix it. 411 heating and AC called me back immediately after reaching out and setup an appointment for the next morning. He showed up on time, was very professional and had great tips for me on how to do some preventative maintenance on my unit to extend its lifespan. I would recommend them and use them again!
