Sayed (owner) was first of 5 ac companies to give me a bid. Overall I feel he gave us the best deal for the money. Sayed is very knowledgeable in his field and was thorough in explaining our options. The work was completed on the same day we accepted the 411 bid and the new AC is a vast improvement over the old unit. I will recommend 411 AC and Sayed. Besides being knowledgeable Sayed is very friendly and something of a philosopher. (at no extra charge). Keith

Our heater broke and my husband is medically fragile and It was 58 degrees INSIDE. I needed help ASAP. He's 88 and I'm 77 and calling people was frustrating until I checked top Angie reviews for my area. Even then, two out of three failed on ability to respond in less than 7-10 days. Another said we can come assess in three days and then schedule your repairs. 411 came within hours and had us heating up with a brand new, quieter, and quicker system the next day! Can't thank them enough. And the pricing was very fair based on checking with others in our neighborhood and relatives who have had to replace their systems.

After being out of town for 6 days, I came home and my wall heater (all the heat I have) would not come on. The pilot light would not stay lit. I contacted 411 Heating and AC through HomeAdvisor, and they were able to come out the next morning. They let me know a half hour before they were to arrive. The job was done quickly and well, and for half the price of the other estimate I got.

The technician was prompt and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it immediately. In addition, he explained to me what to look for and how to fix that type of problem should it occur in the future. I really appreciate the time he took to educate me. I would highly recommend this company.

411 Heating were very responsive and called almost immediatly I requested contractors. Sayed was out here within an hour and we arranged repalcement for the following day. Everybody (Moses and Bey) was extremely personable and very helpful. I enjoyed having them in my house and for getting the work done so that I could enjoy heat again with a relatively short amount of down time in the cold weather. I highly recommend them and if needed for anything else in the future, would call upon them for their fine work.

Exceptional company, exceptional work done for us. We had an emergency need with a failing furnace. 411 was able to come out on Sunday, the same day. Our HVAC system was 35 years old and I knew it needed to be replaced, and they were able to do so within two days. In addition, they were able to identify why our upstairs remained hot in the summer despite air conditioning. They were able to install a withdrawal vent that will greatly increase the removal of hot air in the summer, and therefore the effectiveness of our air conditioning. All this was done at a very competitive price. I feel very lucky that they answered our call that day. I can?t recommend the more highly.

They were excellent. They came out on Thanksgiving Day to fix our furnace. They showed up exactly when the said, worked quickly and took care of the problem. These guys REALLY know what they are doing and I would recommend them to everyone. EXCELLENT customer service and first rate reliability. Can't ask for anything better

They were on time, diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat. They had a new thermostat to sell and installed it right away.

He came over to give me an estimate for the removal and replacement of my house's furnace that another vendor told me needed to be replaced. After a quick look Sayed told me my unit wasn't old enough and asked me if he could run some tests. He replaced the transmitter and fixed the problem.
