411 Heating and AC visited me after another (manufacturer-certified) shop came in with an inflated furnace repair quote and a high pressure sales-tactic designed to get me to purchase a new furnace system. It took all of 5-minutes for 411 to identify that the furnace replacement quote that I had called them out for was overkill, and that my furnace could be repaired for a fraction of the repair cost quoted by the first company. They quickly acquired the parts to effect the repairs and had us back up and running with heat in a day’s time. If you’re looking for a reputable HVAC repair outfit, you will certainly not be disappointed by 411 Heating and AC.

He was very fast. Had roughly a 2 week wait for other places. Diagnosed that the wire for the thermostat had been broken somewhere. Installed the new thermostat all in less than an hour. Ended up being 2x the cost (from 300 initial estimate on Angi - 600), also has a $90 just to diagnose, would have preferred to shop around after hearing that but didn't want to freeze. Installed and works just fine but the wire work seems he had to splice two wires together. so doesn't look very good.

Sayed and his two courteous associates installed a new furnace and air conditioner. They were efficient and neat. They even installed a new Nest thermostat and showed me how to operate it I highly recommend them

Fast. No none sense. Got the job done. Professional Highly recommend. Although I would suggest watching out for the Angi platform. They wanted money in advance for customer guarantee service and quoted me $1,000.00. The work was less than 30 mins and the part was $349. Angi felt like a money-grabbing backdoor fraud. Work with 411 on your own and leave Angi out of your business.
